New Zealand Football can confirm that the 2021 Football Foundation Kate Sheppard Cup final will take place on Sunday 27 March at North Harbour Stadium, with two first time finalists Wellington United and Hamilton Wanderers vying to be the newest name on the Cup.

It will kick off at 2.30pm.

The Kate Sheppard Cup final was originally scheduled to take place on 13 March but was postponed following a large number of COVID-19 cases in the Wellington United camp.

As New Zealand is currently operating under the Red setting of the Covid-19 Protection Framework, the final will be played behind closed doors. As the Government has signalled it is reviewing the settings within the Covid-19 Protection Framework, New Zealand Football will monitor whether any changes will affect the final.

The Kate Sheppard Cup final will be broadcast live and free on Sky Sport Next.
