COMPLETE ID VERIFICATION

After an individual completes a police vetting submission an email notification is sent to all Club Safeguarding Champions related to that individual. The email will contain a link that directs Club Safeguarding Champions to complete the ID verification.

Once the Club Safeguarding Champion has viewed two forms of identification in person, they will click the link contained in the email. This takes them to the ID verification page where they click to verify. Next complete the primary ID, secondary ID, verification date and verified by fields and save to complete.

If the Club Safeguarding Champion cannot find the email after they have verified the IDs they can complete ID verification by logging into the NZF Police Vetting System.

After logging in they can click the submitted status next to an individual. Clicking the right facing arrow from the popup box will take them to the ID verification screen where they can complete the same process described above.
