Complaints and Case Management

On-Field Infringements

These infringments are managed by the NZF Disciplinary Code and are handled by the relevant Competition Administrator, the Federation Disciplinary and Ethics Committee or the NZF Disciplinary and Ethics Committee.​​​​​​​

Off-Field Complaints

A complaint in relation to something connected to Football but with little or no connection to the field are managed by the NZF Code of Conduct and NZF Code of Ethics and can be made HERE.​​​​​​​

If you would prefer to raise this complaint with your Federation directly, please visit your Federation website where they will recieve and triage the complaint under the same process as the NZF Complaints Officer would and as set out in clause 11 of the NZF Code of Ethics.
