How Ticketing Works for All Whites Fans​​​

Ticketing Information

New Zealand will play FIFA World Cup 2026™ group matches in Los Angeles (15 June local time) and Vancouver (21 & 26 June local time). 

Below is a guide to help All Whites supporters understand the official processes for tickets, travel and tournament information.

FIFA World Cup 2026™ - Fan Information

Fans attending the FIFA World Cup 2026™ should be aware of FIFA’s official processes for ticketing, mobile tickets, travel, and tournament updates.

Ticketing Update

FIFA has confirmed the final stages of the FIFA World Cup 2026™ ticketing programme, including the Last-Minute Sales Phase and the reopening of the official Resale and Exchange Platform.


🎟️ Last-Minute Sales Phase (Final Ticket Sales)

The Last-Minute Sales Phase will open on 1 April 2026 (11:00pm ET) , 2 April 2026 (4:00am NZT)and will run through to the final match of the tournament.

This is the final opportunity for fans to purchase tickets directly from FIFA.

Key Information:

  • Tickets available on a first-come, first-served basis
  • Open to all fans globally
  • Tickets available for any match, team, or category (subject to availability, high demand matches expected to sell quickly)
  • Fans can select specific seats and confirm purchases instantly via FIFA.com/tickets
  • Additional tickets may be released on a rolling basis, including closer to match days

For existing ticket holders:

  • Seat locations for purchased tickets through the FIFA portal directly with FIFA will become visible on your FIFA ticketing account from 1 April(ET) 02 April(NZT)

General Public Resale (Football Community Tickets)

All other tickets listed on the resale platform will be available in a global resale marketplace.

  • Tickets can be bought by any fan globally, service regardless of team
  • Fans may purchase tickets for any match, team or category, subject to availability
  • A 15% service fee applies to the purchaser


🔁 Official Resale & Exchange Platform

FIFA will reopen the official Resale and Exchange Platform on 2 April 2026 (ET) 03 April (NZT).

This platform allows ticket holders to resell tickets they can no longer use in a secure and authorised environment.​​​​​​​


New Zealand Supporters Tickets (NZF Allocation)

​​​​​​​Tickets allocated to New Zealand supporters for All Whites matches will operate within a supporter resale environment.

  • Tickets can only be sold to and purchased by fans registered as ‘Fans of  New Zealand’  within the FIFA ticketing system
  • This ensures New Zealand supporters remain together in designated seating areas
  • A 15% resale service fee applies to both the seller and the buyer

🎫 Entry Tier Tickets (NZF Ballot – USD $60)

Supporters who  secured Entry Tier tickets (USD $60) through the New Zealand Football ballot should note:

  • These tickets are managed directly through New Zealand Football and sit outside of the FIFA ticketing portal
  • Entry Tier tickets are currently not eligible for resale via the FIFA Resale Platform
  • Your ticket remains secure within the NZF ticketing system

Further information, including ticket delivery and access details, will be  shared directly  with successful applicants once confirmed by FIFA

Ticket Delivery

FIFA has not yet confirmed the exact timing of ticket delivery.

All FIFA World Cup 2026™ tickets will be issued as mobile tickets through the official tournament mobile app, (see above).

Fans will receive a notification from FIFA once their tickets become available in the app.

Tickets will be delivered closer to the tournament and no earlier than May 2026.

FIFA ID and Tournament App

Fans who have purchased tickets will have created a FIFA ID during the ticketing process.

This same FIFA ID will be used to register and log in to the official FIFA World Cup 2026™ mobile app, where mobile tickets will be delivered and managed closer to the tournament.

Official Fan Information and Channels

FIFA and Host Cities will operate Official Fan Information WhatsApp Channels providing:

  • Real-time tournament updates
  • Travel and transport guidance
  • Matchday information
  • Local fan activities and updates

Fans should follow the channel for their host city.

Travel Information

House of Travel is NZF’s official travel partner and is preparing travel options for supporters travelling to the tournament.

Travel services are independent of the FIFA ticketing process and purchasing travel packages does not guarantee access to match tickets.

Visa and Travel Requirements

Supporters travelling to the United States, Canada, or Mexico must ensure they meet all entry requirements. This includes:

• A valid passport, and
• The relevant visa or travel authorisation, such as:

United States:
ESTA – Official ESTA Application Website

Canada:
Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA)

Mexico:
New Zealand citizens do not require a visa for short tourist visits.
