“The players have taken a huge leadership role on analysis and seeing things happening on the pitch, and going through a bit of a learning process. It’s been slightly different to how we do things normally, which has been really positive. We were extremely disappointed with the result last weekend against the Hawke’s Bay, especially after our first half performance. So we’re just looking at how we continue to play in the game for longer periods. But we know full well that any game that you play, the opposition will have moments in the game where they’ll be on top. We’re just trying to manage that as we go for the rest of the season.”
