How Ticketing Works for All Whites Fans

How Ticketing Works for All Whites Fans

New Zealand will play FIFA World Cup 2026™ group matches in Los Angeles (15 June) and Vancouver (21 & 26 June). Here is a simple guide to how the process works for All Whites fans.

Football Whānau Priority Pass (FWPP)

Football Whānau Priority Pass (FWPP) – REGISTRATIONS CLOSED

The Football Whānau Priority Pass is the official way for New Zealand fans to enter NZF’s supporter ticketing process.

FWPP registrations are now closed.
No new registrations are being accepted.

  • FWPP registration does not guarantee tickets or an NZF Access Code.
  • NZF Access Codes are limited and are issued only to verified and genuine All White fans.
  • You must be 18 years of age or older to be part of the ticketing process.

NZF Access Codes - What They Are

FIFA requires supporters applying for NZF fan-specific seats to use a unique Access Code provided by NZF.

  • NZF receives a limited number of unique Access Codes.
    • Genuine FWPP supporters who have completed the verification will be in the process to receive a NZF Access Code, (Access Codes are limited so not everyone may recieve one).
  • A NZF Access Code allows supporters to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for All Whites matches during the Supporters Sales Phase, which  closes on 13 January NZT.
  • NZF Access Codes sit outside the general public supporter allocation.
  • Once an EOI is submitted, the NZF Access Code is considered used

NZF Access codes will be sent from 23 December 2025.

NZF Access Codes - What to do if you receive one

Using a NZF Access Code, supporters can request:

  • Up to four tickets per All Whites match
  • All three All Whites group matches
    • Potential knockout matches involving All Whites (subject to progress)

During this phase:

  • Supporters submit ticket requests via the FIFA Ticketing portal
  • Instructions on how to acceess and use the FIFA Ticketing portal will be sent through with the NZF Access Code
  • Payment card details are entered (no payment is taken at this stage)
  • You can link your ticket application number with other supporters to sit together (subject to availability and ticket category)
  • If you are planning to apply and sit together - one member of your group will need to apply first and wait for their ticket application number to be sent from FIFA

Ticket prices are determined by FIFA and appear on the FIFA portal.  See current prices here - these prices are only valid during the Supporters  Phase, which will  conclude at 11:00 EST on 13 January 2026, (5:00 AM NZT on Wednesday, January 14, 2026)

NZF Access Codes - What happens after Supporter Sales Phase closes

  • NZF conducts a supporter ballot
  • FIFA notifies supporters whether their request is:
    • Successful
    • Partially successful
    • Unsuccessful
  • FIFA manages payment directly for successful and partially successful requests

Payment window: 9–23 February 2026 (NZT)

NZF Ticket Allocation - How Many Tickets We Receive

Under FIFA rules, each Participating Member Association receives:

  • 8% of the net purchasable stadium capacity for each of its matches

This means the number of tickets available to New Zealand supporters depends entirely on the stadium capacity and the inventory FIFA makes available as FIFA will take inventory for hospitality and own use.  Stadium seating maps can be seen here.

Fan Experiences

We are currently awaiting confirmation of the All Whites Team will be based, which FIFA will finalise in February 2026. Once confirmed, NZF will plan:

  • Fan zones
  • Pre-match gatherings
  • Supporter hubs
  • Community events in each host city

More information will be provided closer to the tournament.
