FIFA World Cup 2026 - How Ticketing Works for All Whites Fans

New Zealand will play FIFA World Cup 2026™ group matches in Los Angeles (15 June) and Vancouver (21 & 26 June). Here is a simple guide to how the process works for All Whites fans.

1. Football Whānau Priority Pass (FWPP) - How to Join

The Football Whānau Priority Pass is the official way for New Zealand fans to enter the NZF ticketing process for All Whites matches.

  • The original registration window has closed.
  • A short additional registration window is open until Sunday 14 December at 11:59pm (NZT) for genuine supporters who missed out .
  • FWPP registration does not guarantee an Access Code or tickets, but this is your best chance of getting tickets to All Whites matches at a fixed price seated in the allocate fan-specific area.

2. NZF Access Codes - What They Are & How They Work

FIFA requires supporters applying for NZF fan-specific seats to use a unique Access Code provided by NZF.

  • NZF receives a limited number of unique Access Codes.
  • Genuine FWPP supporters who have completed the verification will be in the process to receive an Access Code, (Access Codes are limited so not everyone may recieve one)
  • An Access Code allows supporters to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for All Whites matches during the Supporters Sales Phase, which opens 12 December (NZT) and closes on 13 January.

With an Access Code, fans can request:

  • Up to four tickets per All Whites match
  • All three All Whites group matches
  • Potential knockout matches involving New Zealand (fees may apply for knockout and neutral-team requests as per FIFA’s ticketing terms)

Once your EOI is submitted, the Access Code is considered used.

Access Codes will be sent out the week after the additional registration window has closed.

3. NZF Ticket Allocation – How Many Tickets We Receive

Under FIFA rules, each Participating Member Association receives:

  • 8% of the net purchasable stadium capacity for each of its matches

This means the number of tickets available to New Zealand supporters depends entirely on the stadium capacity and the inventory FIFA makes available as FIFA will take inventory for hospitality and own use.  Stadium seating maps can be seen here

4. Supporters Ticket Request Phase (12 Dec – 13 Jan)

Those who are successful and recieve an access code, may submit their EOI's on the FIFA portal, for:

  • All three All Whites group matches
  • Any Potential knockout match featuring New Zealand

During this phase:

  • You enter your ticket request(s)
  • You enter your payment card details
  • No payment is taken
  • You can link your Request ID with other supporters to sit together (subject to availability and ticket category)

Ticket prices are determined by FIFA and appear on the FIFA portal when the window opens.

See current prices here - these prices are only valide during the PMA Supporters Sales Phase, which will launch 11:00 EST on 11 December 2025 and conclude at 11:00 EST on 13 January 2026.

5. What Happens After You Submit Your EOI

If requested tickets exceeds our ticket allocation NZF conducts a ballot to determine who is successful, partially successful or unsuccessful ticket purchasers. FIFA will notify and communicate the outcome and will the start the payment process for successful and partially successful ticket purchasers.

In late January, fans will be informed by FIFA whether their EOI was:

  • Successful
  • Partially successful (some matches allocated)
  • Unsuccessful

Payment timeline

  • FIFA will automatically charge successful and partially successful fans between 2–23 February (NZT).
  • If payment fails, tickets are forfeited. (There will be 2 offline automatic charge attempts, if payment fails FIFA will invite the supporter to pay online)

6. FIFA General Public sale and tickets for Non–All Whites Matches

Regardless of fans obtaining a access code or not, every fans can join fifa.com/tickets and the general public sales phase. The request phase is open from 11 Dec to 13 Jan. Fans can request tickets for ALL games in the World Cup, including New Zealand games and all other group games and all play-off matches.

For this process:

  • No Access Code is required
