They say

Maia Vink, Capital Football head coach
We’re walking this weekend into our final game of the league, still with a bit of a point to prove. Obviously we knew we weren't at our best last week against Central, and the response from the girls has been fantastic. We've had our best week of training so far this season and we're pumped and ready to go for this weekend.

“Our goal is to control what we can control and to put in our best performance of the league and let the rest kind of figure itself out. Playing against the Pride is always a nice fixture. They've been finalists seven years in a row, so, you know, it's going to be a big match, and they'll be tough to beat. But it's one that we're very much looking forward to and looking forward to testing ourselves and rising to the occasion.

“Finally, it's our last home game of the season in front of friends and family and teammates cheering us on. We welcome those to come down and celebrate the season with us. 2020’s been a bit of a weird one. So come on down and, and celebrate together, um, and join us in celebrating Katie Barrett's 50th cap as well.
