The Wellington Phoenix Academy is seeking applications for the position of Academy Operations Manager.
The role will report to the Academy Director and be based at the club’s training ground, Martin Luckie Park in Berhampore, Wellington.
The primary function of the role is the day to day running of the Academy business operations, administrative tasks, travel logistics and competitions management.
We are seeking an energetic, pro-active individual to join our expanding Academy operation and be part of New Zealand’s only professional football club. The role is not a typical Monday to Friday 9 - 5 job, you’ll need to flexible to work weekends and some evenings depending on the requirements of the role. The Academy has 52 full time players from the ages of 13 to 18yrs meaning you’ll need experience dealing with teenagers and elite athletes.
