National League games at Alert Level 2


Following the government’s announcement that the Wellington region will move to Alert Level 2 from 6pm on Wednesday 23 June, New Zealand Football can confirm the following impact on this weekend’s National League fixtures:

 

  • Fixtures in the Central League will go ahead under Alert Level 2 guidance. 

 

  • Fans are encouraged not to attend any fixtures under Alert Level 2 guidance. 

 

  • New Zealand Football will look to prioritise livestreaming a game in the Central League so fans are still able to watch. 

 

  • Fixtures in the Northern League will go ahead under Alert Level 1, with no limit on crowd sizes.
