Player of the Day Certificate

The Player of the Day Certificate is provided to coaches to award a player who has stood out at the end of each match.

This recognition isn’t just about goals scored or technical skill. It celebrates qualities such as teamwork, fair play, trying new things, a positive attitude, and perseverance — all important traits of a true Player of the Day.

The certificate is a highlight for junior players each season as a mark of their progress and effort.

McDonald's Supporters Certificate

The McDonald’s Supporter Certificate celebrates the invaluable role that parents and caregivers play in supporting their children’s football journey.

We recognise that this is essential in creating a positive and encouraging environment for our young players.

Thanks to McDonald’s, recipients of this Supporters Certificate also receive a voucher linked to the Macca’s app — a small token of appreciation for the recipient to treat themselves after the match.​​​​​​​

Ford Fair Play - Player of the Month

This certificate promotes sportsmanship, respect, and camaraderie within our player community. It encourages players to demonstrate kindness, fair play, and a strong commitment to their team.

Teams are encouraged to select one player each month to receive this award.

Recipients can upload their certificate here to go in the draw to win a New Zealand Football prize pack, with one winner from each Federation selected every month.

MILO Flyer & MILO Shoe Charm

This year, MILO has provided a special promotional flyer to accompany each McDonald’s Player of the Day Certificate. The flyer includes details on how parents or caregivers can enter the draw to win a MILO prize hamper.

Alongside the flyer, players will also receive a MILO Football Shoe Charm — a fun, collectible accessory that celebrates their effort, energy, and sportsmanship on the field. These charms can be proudly attached to Crocs, letting young footballers show off their love for the game.
