The FIFA Forward Enterprise proposal lacks the independent governance, legal and financial assessment required to enable any robust evaluation of the matter.

The FIFA World Cup, FIFA Women’s World Cup and other FIFA tournaments are the pinnacle of the global game, something everyone across football has a responsibility to respect and protect.

New Zealand Football has questions and concerns regarding both the proposal itself and the process by which it has been developed and presented.

We will be raising these concerns directly with FIFA and stating we cannot support this proposal.
