Football has been nominated in five categories for the upcoming Halberg Awards announced today. 

Nominated are: 

Chris Wood (Sportsman of the Year) 
Ria Percival (Sportswoman of the Year) 
Men's Olympic Team (Team of the Year) 
Danny Hay (Coach of the Year) 
Marko Stamenic (Emerging Talent Award)

The winners will be announced at the 59th ISPS Handa Halberg Awards at Spark Arena, Auckland on Wednesday 23 February 2022 and broadcast live on Sky Sport and free to air on Prime TV from 8pm.
