Represent New Zealand in eSports at the FIFAe World Cup 2025™

FIFA has confirmed the FIFAe World Cup™ 2025 - the ultimate showcase of competitive gaming, bringing together the world’s best players to battle for global glory.

From 10–19 December 2025, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, will host elite competitors and fans from around the world. One world champion will be crowned in each of the three tournaments:

• FIFAe World Cup™ featuring Rocket League™
• FIFAe World Cup™ featuring eFootball™ Mobile

• FIFAe World Cup™ featuring eFootball™ Console​​​​​​​

To participate, Member Associations must first qualify through the online FIFAe World Cup™ Qualifiers.

The New Zealand Football eTrophy 2025

New Zealand Football (NZF) will run the NZF eTrophy 2025 to select players to represent New Zealand at the FIFAe World Cup™ Qualifiers.​​​​​​​

National Team selections will be based on tournament placing, current world rankings, and past National Team selections:

• eFootball™ Console – 4 players
• eFootball™ Mobile – 2 players
• Rocket League™ – 6 players (must register in teams of three)
