

New Zealand is on the world stage competing in the world’s biggest sport. The All Whites (New Zealand’s Men’s National Team) returned from the finals of the 2010 FIFA World Cup unbeaten while the Football Ferns (New Zealand Women’s National Team) are aiming for two upcoming pinnacle events, the 2011 FIFA Women’s World Cup and the Olympic Games London 2012.
New Zealand also competes internationally in the U-20 and U-17 age-groups for men (Junior All Whites and Young All Whites) and women (Junior Football Ferns and Young Football Ferns) with respective FIFA age-group World Cups held on two-year cycles, and a U-23 men’s team competes in the four-yearly Olympic Games cycle, with London 2012 the next target.
