The head of England's professional referees is in New Zealand for a week, giving a series of talks to elite and local referees.
He will be giving talks and instructional sessions in Tauranga (Feb 20th), Auckland (21st and 22nd), Napier (24th), Palmerston North (25th), Wellington (26th) and Christchurch (27th)
